friendly staff spacious room seafront view slow service limited options arched mattresses
the staff were so friendly and cute. their professionalism was higher than i have encountered recently in hotels. the room itself was spacious and clean. it also had a gorgeous view of the seafront and pier. i would definitely stay again.
the breakfast was a bad experience they took a long time to serve the dish. they did not offer more options and when asking for fruit they said they didnt have it. i asked for croissants and they said it would take 15 minutes as they had to defrost them. the mattresses were arched in the back.

classic seafront experience
sea view ample space modern bathroom nice toiletries
the sea view was beautiful from the room. the king room provided ample space for luggage and relaxation. i found the bathroom quite modern, benefiting from great water pressure. the provided toiletries were a nice touch, and i liked the cleanliness.
the road noise at night impacted sleep quality. it was also very busy, and this was distracting sometimes.

the hotel is directly across from the beach and seaside walkway. it is a short walk, around ten minutes, from the pier. the main restaurant area is approximately a fifteen-minute walk away.

The king room offers good storage for belongings with generous hanging space. the room featured a comfortable bed, offering a relaxing sleeping experience. the modern bathroom had a great shower. I found it spacious.

pre-arrival communication was efficient and helpful. the staff were generally happy to assist with requests to improve the stay. i also used parking on site, it was very convenient.

strange bathroom wet room
I faced a few issues. The bathroom design was unusual. The shower was in the ceiling, so everything got wet. This made it hard to use the toilet after showering.

coffee facilities shortbread dangerous situation peeling paint
The room included tea and coffee facilities, very convenient. The homemade shortbread was also a nice touch. It was delicious!
The electric curtain covering the kettle area lacked a nearby socket. This meant I had to put the kettle on the floor, potentially dangerous. The windows were dirty and the paint was peeling around them. The windows were dirty and the paint was peeling around them, very visible.

helpful staff sea view reasonable price
i found the staff super helpful, especially with directions. the view over the sea from my balcony was amazing. breakfast was at a reasonable price and available in bed if i wanted it.
i noticed there was no fridge in the room, which would have been useful for keeping drinks cold.
