Highlights

Location: Surrounded by New Forest National Park and coastline

Accommodation: 57 en-suite bedrooms and hotel suites

Dining: Cedar Tree Restaurant with international cuisine

Event Hosting: Pavilion with capacity for 150 guests

Pet-Friendly: Comfortable accommodations for pets

“South Lawn Hotel strikes me as a balanced choice, nestled near New Forest National Park and the Hampshire coastline. Pet-friendly perks, like dedicated rooms and a dog paddock, stand out positively, as does the electric bike rental - a smart way to see the surroundings. The conference spaces certainly make it a contender for events, but the Cedar Tree Restaurant, with its local produce, could be the real draw.”

The room decor was lovely and the shower in the bathroom was excellent.
The room was stifling. Even with the windows open wide and two fans running all night, it was hard to sleep. The water from the cold tap was only lukewarm, so I had to use bottled water from the fridge
