The staff was friendly. They helped with directions. my room was very clean with fresh towels daily. the location offered easy access to nearby attractions. A real plus. i liked the discounted drink at the bar too. It was a nice touch.

The signage within the hotel was confusing. I often got lost finding my room. it became a bit of a running joke, but proper signs would help.

The superior king room offered ample space and included good quality linens. I slept well. the room had a very functional layout and also included a modern shower. It was effective. it made getting ready easy.

Breakfast offered a selection of hot items and fresh fruit. It set me up for the day. the bar provided a relaxed atmosphere. I found the staff were attentive! the coffee was particularly good.

The reception staff were very helpful. They provided useful information. the housekeeping service was efficient and maintained a high standard of cleanliness. staff always responded quickly. I appreciated the prompt service.
