Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service!

Our room had a mini fridge and tea and coffee facilities. I appreciated this. The staff were super friendly and helpful, family-like atmosphere. The indoor swimming pool was available, as was a games room for children. The room was comfortably warm, and the bed was also comfortable!!!
The hotel looked a bit tired, and some of the toilet fittings seemed due for replacement. The shower head was somewhat dirty, but I washed it before using it. The taps could be modernized, as the hot and cold taps were separate and not the modern-day mixer type.

The indoor pool has been transformed with a tropical theme. I found it very enjoyable. There is also a children's games area available, offering entertainment for younger guests. The improvements were particularly excellent. Gardens are beautifully maintained and relaxing.

The staff across all disciplines were friendly and efficient. They were certainly very helpful with my requests. Allergen information is clear in the restaurant, important with dietary restrictions.

the room offered a fine view. polite staff were very friendly. they were willing to. the food was amazing.
i noticed some missed dust in the bathroom. i found chipped mugs at breakfast. the bill included an extra charge for tax.

Wonderful Channel View

comfortable bed excellent food channel view easy travel
Our room featured a balcony overlooking the Channel and provided excellent sea views. The bed was comfortable, so we enjoyed restful nights. Breakfast and dinner offered excellent food quality each day of our stay. The hotel location is near bus stops making travel easy.
The corridor to our room was a bit narrow, it was like an old house.
