pleasant stay with great staff

the room was clean and the bed had a good mattress with a topper. i enjoyed sitting in the lounge area for a drink. i made use of both swimming pools and the sauna plus a short walk to the beach and a swim in the sea.
the windows could only be opened a little bit but there was no air conditioning or a fan.

The breakfast included a tasty and wide selection of food and drink. The staff were very helpful, and Jamol was friendly during his shift. The hotel's location made it easy to walk to the town and seafront while being away from crowds.
The bar in the reception area was not open. I asked for ice, and they didn't have any. -.

The hotel has good beach access. it is very close. the breakfast had many options. That was convenient. the staff were helpful and polite. the room was spacious, a nice bonus.
the £20 daily parking fee felt excessive. i felt trapped because i needed to park somewhere. i wish the hotel offered a better rate or alternative.

the reception staff helped find plasters, when my daughter hurt her toe on the beach. the receptionists spoke spanish, useful, because many guests speak it. they were competent. they were also very polite.
