the hotel had a easy coded entry system, made check-in smooth. the house included lots of historical memorabilia, i found that interesting. my room was spacious and had plenty of storage in period furniture, it was very useful.

the bathroom wasn't really clean, i saw splatters on the walls. there was dust on surfaces, that was not nice. i also noted that the toilet seat needs replacing, it looked old.

The location was excellent. It was an easy walk to both the beach and the town center. The lounge area provided complimentary teas and coffees throughout the day. It was a very nice touch and much appreciated. The breakfast took place across the road at the sister hotel. It offered a great buffet selection and cooked breakfast options.

The room needed SLIGHTLY more thorough cleaning, particularly around the windowsills.

The hotel features a lounge where guests can serve themselves hot beverages anytime. I noticed that complimentary tea and coffee were available. There is also parking on-site, which saved me the hassle of finding nearby public parking.
