i found the breakfast quite good with a varied selection. the internet connection was reliable. the staff were helpful and polite . the television in my room worked well.

the hotel was to need tlc and some areas showed signs of wear and tear. the carpets required cleaning. the furniture was dated. i also noticed some damaged walls.

My stay wasn't great. i noticed the shower had black mold on the tiles. That bothered me. also, the tv didn't work. i tried to fix the cable, but i couldn't find where it went. it was a real pain.

The ballroom was beautiful. It accommodated many guests comfortably. The outdoor scenery offered fantastic spots for photos. SIMON assisted with family accessibility needs. Patrick ensured the day ran smoothly. We attended a wedding fair at the venue and found great suppliers.

The gatehouse room was a distance up a gravel driveway. POT holes filled with water made it difficult to reach the door. The muddy swamp made the journey tough to navigate.

Raj, Ravi, and Volfer were particularly helpful. They are assets. All staff were warm and friendly. Renato and Andrei in the restaurant delivered fantastic service.

The staff was helpful and always available (even during late hours). I particularly enjoyed the hotel grounds, perfect for a relaxing morning walk before breakfast. The architecture was fascinating. It reminded me of a special treat.

I noticed some of the furniture in the room looked a bit worn and could use an update.
