fantastic getaway!

friendly staff warm welcome comfortable experience

i loved how friendly the staff were. brooke at reception gave a very friendly welcome! my partner and i both had a facial treatment and the beautician. the restaurant staff and pool staff were equally nice.

the window opening was restricted in my room. it was hard to get fresh air.

The location is beautiful along the river, relaxing to watch boats. The spa was calming. Jodie gave me a manicure and pedicure. She had knowledge and skill.

I did have a river view cosy room. The room was adequate for two nights with a single bed. The bathroom had a walk in shower. I did need to ask for shower mats because the shower tray was slippery.

I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It featured both British and Continental options. The bed was comfortable. I made use of the spa sauna and pool. I plan to use their shuttle service to a nearby attraction next time I am here.

the spa facilities had friendly staff. i enjoyed a class with dillon, the instructor. our room was recently refurbished and it was lovely. the bed was comfy and i slept well.

the room had usb-c wall sockets and comfortable chairs. it also provided earbuds! the bed was a good length and width, i could really stretch out.
