The room was very clean. The reception staff provided excellent service. Transport links to and from the airport were great.
I had two cases plus hand luggage. No one helped me with my cases. There were no porters or luggage trolleys.

I found the staff to be very helpful . The daily housekeeping ensured a clean and tidy room. i also appreciated the hotel's proximity to the airport. This made my early morning departure much easier. the room had a comfortable bed, i slept well.
I did encounter an issue with the parking fee. It felt quite high for the duration of my stay. i think the hotel should look at the parking charges. guests need clarity about parking costs. it felt unnecessary.

carluccio's restaurant provides a nice menu, the food is good. the bar area food is reasonable for pub food. the executive lounge offered diverse choices, it almost seemed a full-service restaurant.

the room was very clean and well-kept. the room also included good pressure shower. the big room provided ample space for luggage and relaxation, it offered a comfortable stay.

24-hour gym gluten-free bread separate sinks
The hotel had a 24-hour gym. I used it and saw it included three treadmills. i also noticed two stationary bikes. the breakfast buffet featured a wide variety of options, including gluten-free bread, a nice touch. the room included two separate sinks. This was really convenient.
The tv in the room turned on automatically every 30 minutes. It made sleeping a bit challenging.
