“Radisson Blu Hotel, London Mercer Street sits squarely in the heart of Theatreland, a location that's hard to beat for accessing West End shows. I especially appreciate the blend of Peruvian and Italian cuisine at Monmouth Kitchen, offering a diverse palate within the hotel itself. While some may find the showers a touch compact, the attentiveness of the staff and the hotel's stylish boutique feel contribute to a genuinely spoiling experience.”

the staff was very attentive to our needs. alex at reception was helpful and friendly, he even assisted with directions and suggestions for local attractions! i felt cared for . the location allowed us to easily explore nearby theaters and cafes.
the room felt quite small, particularly after opening our suitcases. there was very little space to move around comfortably. i wish there was more room available in the wardrobe.
Dining

breakfast had excellent options. i particularly enjoyed the truffle eggs benedict each morning! they also offered a wide selection of espresso and lattes, a great way to start the day.

Acceptable stay, but some issues

slow room serviceinefficient air-conditioning
My stay had some hiccups. I found the room service slow. It took almost an hour to get a simple order of tea. the air conditioning was not working correctly. The room remained too warm even after adjusting the thermostat. This made sleeping uncomfortable, and I hoped for a better response from the staff. A technician did visit, but the problem persisted. The experience was disappointing, given the hotel's rating.

The front desk was very helpful. Edward, the head concierge, guided my friends to the hotel. They arrived on time to see the show. The location is excellent. Seven Dials and Convent Garden provide convenient access to the Theatre district. Public transportation is nearby.
The breakfast was average. The scrambled eggs were liquid. The hot food was dried out. The room service did not restock tea and milk. My complimentary upgrade did not feel like an upgrade. The room space was small. The bed was a small double.
