the room was very clean the copper bath was elegant. the staff were perpetually warm. ashley at reception was especially helpful.
i noticed the building is old so the floors creak a bit in places

The room was equipped well. It featured great decor. Room service was good. I liked the view from the restaurant at breakfast. Access to the palace was easy. The surrounding area is very nice.
The carpet seemed old. It looked not clean. I saw broken floor boards. The parking situation was a nightmare. I was asked to move my car during dinner. The room was hot.
