excellent stay near barbican

helpful staffcomplimentary watercomfortable bednescafe sachets
the staff promptly assisted with my luggage upon arrival. the complimentary water bottles were a nice touch , particularly after a long journey. the bed was comfortable , and i found the room to be very quiet during the night.
the nescafe sachets provided as a coffee substitute in the room were not ideal.

the concierge team were helpful , especially with directions and luggage assistance. staff responded quickly to requests , demonstrating a high level of professionalism. their attention to detail was excellent.

the breakfast offered a good variety , with many choices. the quality of the ingredients was noticeably high , the taste was very good. it was a great way to start the day.

adequate stay, some disappointments

small roomstained towel
The room i was given was quite small. the air conditioning didn't seem to work properly. It was quite warm, even with it on. i also found a stain on one of the towels. it gave me a bad impression. I expected better for the price i paid.

the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options. the location was close to the barbican. the staff went out of their way to be helpful, it was nice.
the a/c was tricky to operate! though the bathroom extractor fan didn't work.
