Intimate stay Near Victoria

This hotel is very close to Victoria Station. it was ESSENTIAL for my travel. I found several great sites within walking distance. The hotel gave excellent access to Buckingham Palace, Kensington Palace, and Big Ben. I did find the staff very HELPFUL. The quality of food was excellent.

The room WAS small. I think the sound from the underground trains rumbling under the hotel went on late into the evening.

The hotel is super close to the Underground, made getting around simple. The staff was genuinely kind and helpful with everything. The room had a TV, so I could relax at night (a nice touch after a long day).

The room was a bit smaller than I expected, but it was manageable for a short stay.

The staff was very cute and efficient. They completed check-in smoothly. They also offered to hold my luggage for free after checkout, which allowed me to continue sightseeing before heading home. I really appreciated this service.

There were cheese and bacon toasties, Greek yogurt with granola, fresh fruit, waffles, and croissants available each morning. Breakfast was excellent (especially the fresh fruit!).

the hotel was super clean. the staff were super cute and efficient. my room was clean and well-presented, offering immediate access to all facilities. i especially loved that they held my luggage after checkout, allowing me to continue sightseeing before my journey home! it was a wonderful, stress-free experience!!!

my room did not have a window. it was perfectly fine for my short stay. i think longer stays might feel a bit claustrophobic without any natural light.

I booked a Double Room and found it smaller than I expected. Also the bathroom seemed not cleaned as I expect it to be, this dissapointed me. I noticed some hairs in the shower area. The sink drain was slow too. Water was just sitting there after I washed my hands. Made me a bit uneasy. I just hoped the cleaning staff had done better job.
