The bathroom fixtures were not up to standard. The shower pressure was inadequate and the toilet barely flushed. this is unacceptable given the room rate. furthermore, the in-room wi-fi service was poor. I had to rely on my own mobile hotspot. this is a basic amenity that should function flawlessly, especially for business travelers.
