the gym had modern equipment allowing me to maintain my fitness routine it included several treadmills and weight machines the pool was very clean a refreshing space for a morning swim or an evening relaxation the room's lighting options let me adjust the brightness for reading or resting i appreciated the variety.

i found the self check in process impersonal i missed the interaction with a receptionist and the personalized welcome the christmas party lacked holiday atmosphere the music felt more suited to a different event the rolls at dinner were limited forcing me to ask for more.

i found the room cleanliness disappointing with white splashes all over the ceiling. when i asked about my room bill, i was shown the 'shush' finger and waited two days for an email reply. the noise from other rooms made it difficult for business travelers.

My visit had A few hiccups. the room was not as clean as I expected. I noticed dust in several areas, and the bathroom mirror had smudges. I had issues with the air conditioning as it was difficult to regulate. the thermostat was unresponsive at times, I was struggling to maintain a comfortable temperature. this made SLEEPING difficult.
