the breakfast provided many tasty options. the security personnel were cute each time i entered the hotel!

helpful staff clean room great location
The staff was helpful from arrival to departure. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel's location is great and close to shops and the tube station.
The coffee options at breakfast could be better as a latte should be included in the price.

The room had fluffy towels and tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and biscuits were available. Complimentary water bottles were provided and guests can refill them at the bar to help save the environment.

I found the restaurant very nice and the food was of good quality. Servers were friendly and very approachable. The breakfast had many vegan options that looked lovely.

Acceptable Location, Significant Disadvantages
black mold broken phone
The hotel's location was good. It was close to the subway.
The room was really not good. The windows had black mold all around the seals. The bathroom ceiling was covered in water stains and thick brown grime seeped within the grouting. The phone in the room didn't even work, a problem that forced me to go downstairs to ask for extra pillows. It was very inconvenient.

smooth stay close to everything
friendly staff professional staff comfortable atmosphere
I found the staff very friendly and professional throughout my stay. pawan stood out. He really went out of his way. the cleanliness of the hotel and its comfortable atmosphere certainly made for a relaxing few days.
the room i had faced some wear and tear. specifically, the walls seemed unfinished in certain areas, impacting the overall feel. this minor maintenance issue detracted slightly from the otherwise excellent experience.

the beautiful double room had a comfortable bed, though some wear was visible on the walls. complimentary tea and coffee were available in the room, and the wardrobe had ample space. the provided iron board also helped to.

the hotel offers room service. i saw there was a gym, though i did not use it. the hotel provided convenient access to transportation options, improving accessibility. there are elevators, but only one of them was functioning .

the hotel is near fulham broadway. the stadium is a short walk, very convenient for fans. a tube station is nearby, providing easy access to various attractions (i used it several times). a 24-hour bus route with a stop near the hotel is also available.

breakfast included sausage, beans, scrambled eggs and hash browns each morning. fresh orange juice was available. there was also sweet pastry, cheese and ham. i enjoyed the full english breakfast every morning.

Really good Experience NEAR the Bridge
attentive staff excellent breakfast great location convenient supermarket
I found the staff to be attentive. The whole team, including Simran, Nakul, and Prajjwal. I appreciated the excellent breakfastwith fresh juice and a cook who prepared eggs upon request. The hotel's location is GREAT, just a short and safe walk from the tube station. I liked the supermarket conveniently located near the station for any needed supplies.
I noticed the hotel is very slightly dated, however it was clean.

The breakfast included multiple options, with good products. Fresh juice was available EVERY day. A cook prepared eggs by request, a nice touch. I appreciated the variety and quality of the food.

I was very impressed by the staff. They were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The reception team provided excellent assistance. They addressed every question I had. I thought the service was prompt and professional.
