"Imagine how speechless we were when we opened up our standard room, only to find that several staff members had decorated the beds floor and table with rose petals shaped into patterns on the bed, spelling out L-O-V-E and a big heart with our initials in, balloons all round the lights, bed and floor, a bottle of Prosecco on the table with 2 glasses, and a platter with chocolate cake slices and fresh berries for us to nibble - amazing!!"
