Excellent Hotel Stay

warm welcome complimentary upgrade comfortable bed

I stayed in this hotel from February 28th to February 29th in 2024. I received a warm welcome and a complimentary upgrade at check-in. My room had immaculate and fantastic decor. The large king size bed was comfortable and I was close to Earls Court Underground Station, bars, and restaurants.

The room was nice but in need of some minor repairs.

adequate stay but some issues

small room size slow elevator

the room size was smaller than expected. i found it difficult to store my luggage. also, the breakfast options were limited. i expected a wider variety of choices for a hotel of this standard. the elevator was quite slow, which caused some delays.

The room was super clean. The bathroom also was clean. Staff members were helpful and friendly. The location was excellent for my trip. I was very pleased with the room. There was a close up mirror in the bathroom.

The soundproofing is poor. You can hear hallway conversations. Traffic noise was noticeable. Drinking water was unavailable past 10pm due to the restaurant being closed. I was directed to the nearest shop instead.

The hotel is near Earls Court tube station. The staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The location is great, very close to the tube station..

The tv worked intermittently . I also found that hot water was unpredictable.
