the location proved very convenient. it granted easy access to the nearby attractions (the animal viewing was nice). the breakfast offered a fab selection.

i found that the lifts were slow. i mostly used the stairs (it was good exercise, though!). also, the room i was assigned showed signs of wear and tear, like chipping in the bath and sink.

The room offered a beautiful view of the animal enclosure. I found the decor suited children throughout the hotel.. Vicky and her team at the front desk were helpful.

the room was nice enough , with a standard level of comfort.

i also found the food and drinks overpriced and of poor quality , particularly the £29 adult buffet that was very basic. the park itself felt dated , many rides were closed , and there was limited covered seating when it rained.
