i found ample parking on site! the check-in was super easy, and the receptionist arranged my taxi to the airport. a taxi tracking link came right to my phone. the restaurant's pizza and chips were really filling and reasonably priced. i'll definitely use this spot again!

I stayed one night before flying. the car park had ample space, a big plus! the staff were really friendly. i had a quick snack at the bar. The service was speedy. the receptionist even booked my taxi. Now that's service!

the room i got faced some noise issues. partygoers kept partying late outside my ground floor room. a little soundproofing would definitely improve sleep quality. hopefully this gets addressed!

the fire alarm went off at 2 am. i'm not kidding, the front desk person then knocked to check it, only to say it wasn't ours before leaving. plus, the decor seemed like they were actively trying to make it depressing. i mean, gray walls everywhere? really?

i stayed at this hotel because it was near gatwick airport. the taxi i requested was arranged promptly. i used this hotel because i could leave my car while i was on holiday abroad. i had a good experience with easy parking when i arrived.

the bathroom needed cleaning better and there was no air conditioning in my room. also there was only one set of towels upon arrival.
