excellent stay with attentive service

helpful amenities late checkout comfortable bed attentive service

i arrived late after a cancelled flight i received helpful amenities it included toothbrushes and other essentials. the staff were very accommodating and offered a late check-out to compensate for the disrupted travel. i am grateful for the comfortable bed and the assistance with charging my phone during a stressful time. the team provided valuable support in difficult circumstances. i had a lovely breakfast with attentive service. the team ensured i had everything i needed for a business lunch. lynn was energetic and professional. mate arranged everything for my day.

i found that the hotel charges £8 per night for parking. this fee applied despite having no alternative to their car park.

The staff was helpful . They addressed my inquiries quickly and efficiently.

The room's air conditioning barely worked. It struggled to cool the space, even on the highest setting. This made sleeping difficult, especially during the warmer parts of the day.

a decent stay

The room was clean. the bed was large and the pillows were lovely. breakfast was nice with a good choice of english and continental food. The staff were attentive.

The lift was broken. i had to carry a heavy bag down two flights of stairs. it would have been helpful to know this when i checked in. I would have asked for a room without the stairs. no offer was made to assist me. the room smelt of smoke.
