mixed feelings about this stay
polite staffunresponsive remoteweak shower pressure
the staff was polite enough, they didnt ignore me.
My room, a standard double room, reminded me of it was missing something, maybe charm. the tv remote was about as responsive as a sleepy sloth. I had to practically stand on my head to change channels. and then, just to add a cherry on top, the shower pressure was so weak, it reminded me of a gentle drizzle more than an actual shower. it wasn't the end of the world, but it definitely wasn't the highlight of my stay.

Check-in was seamless and efficient. I got upgraded to an Executive Double Room after joining their loyalty program, a pleasant surprise. The room had a large TV and complimentary refreshments (tea and coffee), which I found very useful.
The shower only had hot water. The temperature could not be adjusted to cold. the room was quite cold during the night and I could not switch the AC off.

The refurbished rooms are excellent, offering a modern feel and comfortable space. My Executive Double Room had good shower facilities and a large, modern television set (which I enjoyed).

The room featured an iron and ironing board, which I appreciate. I also found a hairdryer, tea and coffee facilities and a TV. It also had an armchair. The staff was helpful during our breakfast. Their service was commendable. The hotel boasts a central location plus I enjoyed the restaurant facilities.

The bed was super comfy, a welcome relief after my travels.
The air conditioning did not work effectively. A fan was in the room, it blew hot air. The room became like a sauna, and sleep was difficult.
