public transport community center many options tiny sink missing hooks low water pressure

the location was very useful because it was close to public transport. i also liked that it was close to a center of local community. the breakfast had many options to choose from, great.

The sink was tiny, so it was hard to wash. there were no proper hooks in the bathroom. also, the water pressure in the shower wasn't good. It was too low for me.

charming stay near museums

clean hotel attentive staff convenient location comfortable bed

i found the hotel clean and well presented i booked a single room it had all the amenities i needed i found the staff warming and cute they gave me information about restaurants nearby there was a sister hotel across the street i could visit. the location was great near south kensington tube station it was ideally located for museums and the royal albert hall it was also a short walk from south kensington tube station. the room we had was big it allowed for a quiet stay the bed was comfortable and i could relax after a busy day.

the door of the en-suite was fitted so that you had to access the toilet by getting into the shower i found this a little inconvenient it was a minor issue though.

the room was spacious clean and well-appointed i had a single room that was quiet it faced the courtyard i found the size suitable for a single traveler and it met my needs well

mold smell air quality

the location was good, near the tube.

The room smelled of mold, and i have asthma. This, i was constantly aware of the air quality. it really detracted from my ability to relax. i do not recommend this place for anyone with similar sensitivities

Excellent Hotel Experience

red balloons petals decoration breakfast facilities

The receptionist surprised me with red balloons and petals upon learning of my anniversary. This gesture was very thoughtful. Breakfast facilities in the adjacent hotel were great. Elehana served excellent cocktails and really stood out.

The bathroom door in my room was awkward to close. It was challenging because of the limited space available. I was in room 113.

attentive staff clean room excellent location

The staff was attentive. My room was clean, and it included complimentary tea and coffee, VERY welcome. The location was excellent. Hyde Park was just a short walk away.

my single room was quite spacious. i really loved its cleanliness and quiet atmosphere. the helpful staff quickly addressed my questions and requests. i also found the location convenient for nearby attractions!!!

the door to the en-suite required some maneuvering to access the toilet, needing me to step into the shower first, a bit inconvenient. it certainly.!!

mixed feelings about the stay

The location was great. Major museums were nearby.

The room's washbasin was super small. I could not wash without water going everywhere, including my clothes. I think the bathroom had space for a bigger one.
