Review summary
Based on recent reviews
Powered by AI
Guests often highlight the spacious rooms at the Gainsborough Hotel, with triple rooms being particularly noted for exceeding expectations in terms of size compared to typical central London hotels, and many appreciate having coffee and tea-making facilities available. The hotel's location is a definite plus, offering convenient access to attractions like The Royal Albert Hall, Kensington Palace, the Natural History Museum, and the South Kensington and Gloucester Road stations. While most find the rooms comfortable and well-equipped, some have mentioned the small size of the washbasins in the bathrooms as an area for improvement. guests frequently praise the good value for money and modern look of the hotel both inside and out.

charming stay!

spacious roomhelpful staffconvenient locationinconvenient door
my single room was quite spacious. i really loved its cleanliness and quiet atmosphere. the helpful staff quickly addressed my questions and requests. i also found the location convenient for nearby attractions!!!
the door to the en-suite required some maneuvering to access the toilet, needing me to step into the shower first, a bit inconvenient. it certainly.!!

mixed feelings about the stay

great locationsuper small washbasin
The location was great. Major museums were nearby.
The room's washbasin was super small. I could not wash without water going everywhere, including my clothes. I think the bathroom had space for a bigger one.
