The studio beautiful room was a good size. it included a kitchenette with necessary equipment. the bathroom was modern and very clean. The shower worked very well.

the gym was quite small. it had limited equipment.

weak shower stained area rug

the LOCATION was convenient, near public transportation.

the shower pressure was VERY weak. I also observed stains on the area rug , which detracted from the overall cleanliness. These ISSUES need addressing to meet EXPECTATIONS.

great location tube station spacious feeling well-equipped kitchenette

location is AMAZING. it's near the gloucester road tube station. shops and eateries are close by. the apartment had a spacious feeling, THAT was nice. i liked the well-equipped kitchenette. it had everything for making small meals.

the room cleaning only occurred every second day. this meant i had the same towels for two days. i would have liked daily cleaning.

clean room kitchenette features shower products broken bed dated room unhelpful staff

the room was very clean. it was comfortable and had everything i needed (especially in the kitchenette). the shower products smelled amazing. the location was excellent for getting around.

the sofa bed in the apartment was broken, so i had an uncomfortable sleep. i mentioned it to reception, but nothing could be done. the rooms are dated and need some tlc (tender loving care). i wasn't pleased by the lack of solutions offered.
