The room was super clean and had everything i needed. It even included a dishwasher, a pleasant surprise. access to wembley park was really easy. the cleanliness was amazing.

there was no tea or coffee provided, even though a kettle was available. the cost felt high, and i was a bit disappointed with the service considering what i paid. staff weren't really keen on providing service that matched the price of my stay.

The check-in process was smooth. the room had a lovely, clean feel to it. I especially liked the cozy atmosphere. i found the location amazing, close to wembley stadium and the ovo arena. Getting to local shops and restaurants was convenient.

my room had a kettle, but there was no tea or coffee provided. i thought this was a bit disappointing, especially considering the cost of my stay. i hoped for a service level that better matched the price.
