charming stay near buckingham palace
good breakfast attentive service
I thoroughly enjoyed my time here, the kona restaurant offered a good breakfast selection. fresh ingredients and attentive service made for a great start to each day. The location is perfect. it allowed easy access to st james park station, buckingham palace, and the guards museum. even umbrellas were available during rainy sightseeing days.
the hotel staff walked into our room without permission. it felt invasive. i hope management addresses these serious issues, because no guest should ever have to go through this.

The staff provided foot baths. What a treat! I also received cocktails. That was unexpected. The rooms have spacious layouts, something I look for.

fresh treats fruit bowl chocolate basket
the staff provided fresh treats and a fruit bowl upon check-in, and they refilled it daily. housekeeping displayed really good professionalism. i received a good chocolate basket in my room on easter sunday..
i found the minibar prices to be a bit higher than i expected..
