friendly staff helpful staff excellent location

I had an wonderful time. the staff was friendly and helpful. Adi at the front desk was especially amazing. he were really nice too. i also appreciated the excellent location with convenient transportation options nearby.

great amenity responsive housekeeping helpful reception

Adi was helpful when I asked questions. I was upgraded to a suite. This suite included a great amenity setup. The reception staff was helpful and the housekeeping team was responsive.

I found only one minor issue, the hotel has a single elevator for the entire building, and its size is quite small.

clean room great view excellent staff easy access

i found the room very clean and tidy upon arrival. the view overlooking the park was a lovely sight. the staff were consistently excellent and always ready to assist. i particularly appreciated the easy access to nearby transportation (it made getting around easy!).

the shower was a little small, but honestly, i barely noticed it amidst all the positives.

I appreciated the hotel's location. It is directly on top of a tube station. There is a strip with okay food and coffee options. The staff at the reception was very polite.

The room cleanliness did not meet expectations. The towels were stained. The en-suite was tiny and the shower was very small. The pictures did not reflect the hotel.

moldy smell damp room

the room i had felt a bit damp. there was also a noticeable moldy smell, i didn't like it. i mentioned this upon checkout, but it seemed like this problem was already known (which makes it even worse).
