a place to keep in our hearts

practical locationcomfy bedtired decor
i found the location very practical to move around. the bus stop near the hotel helped a lot for wembley access. the bed felt very nice i slept really well.
i noticed some wear and tear on the decor, this needs attention.

The staff were friendly. That was acceptable.
My room faced a busy street so sleep was a challenge. The noise persisted late into the night. also. I ordered room service but the food arrived cold. It seems there was a delay in delivery. there was no apology or discount offered. Which i found disappointing. I expected better service.

the staff was helpful on arrival. the room was ready early.
the room had a door to an adjoining room. it was locked and blocked by furniture, but noise from the people next door kept us awake (it was really annoying). the online menu stated some food was available 24/7, but this was not true for this location. there wasn't even a biscuit in the room with tea and coffee.

leaky faucetlimited soundproofing
The room was smaller than I expected , and it felt quite cramped. I could clearly hear noise from other rooms , which was distracting when trying to sleep. The bathroom had some maintenance issues , including a leaky faucet. The limited soundproofing and small room size.
