The room i received was not clean. I discovered remnants from previous guests under the sofa. the shower pipes created significant noise whenever used. the bed proved quite uncomfortable.

I found the location convenient, with the tube station very close. the neighborhood felt both quiet and safe, important to me. i also took advantage of the complimentary coffee, tea, and fruit offered in the reception area. It was a nice perk. the staff demonstrated excellent hospitality and were very helpful throughout my stay.

the room temperature was a little too warm upon my arrival.
