wonderful stay!

helpful staff excellent location equipped kitchenette

the staff were helpful. the location was excellent, a short walk to many attractions (i especially liked hyde park). the apartment had everything i needed, including a well-equipped kitchenette. it.

the room size was smaller than expected from the photos. it was still functional but a bit tight, particularly the bathroom (it was a bit of a squeeze).

there are several restaurants nearby that offer a variety of cuisines. i enjoyed a great italian meal just around the corner. partridges deli offered lovely breakfast options.

Excellent Stay

helpful staff free water equipped kitchen

I appreciated the helpful staff available 24/7. The free water, tea, and coffee section was a plus. The kitchen was well equipped, and the television had a nice size. The building has great security all over, and the reception area is cosy and modern. I found the absence of carpet favorable.

The sofa was a sofa bed, and I felt it was hard. It was not particularly pleasant to sit on.

fantastic location clean room hot water

the hotel boasts a FANTASTIC location near the underground station and various shops! I enjoyed the VERY clean room including the bathroom and kitchen. i also appreciated the top-class toiletries and very hot water in the lovely shower.

The sofa bed was quite hard. Sitting on it was not particularly pleasant.

The hotel offers coffee in the lobby. This is delicious after returning from a long day. nearby, i noticed lots of little shops and eateries including a drugstore and a supermarket.

The room i received was not clean. I discovered remnants from previous guests under the sofa. the shower pipes created significant noise whenever used. the bed proved quite uncomfortable.

I found the location convenient, with the tube station very close. the neighborhood felt both quiet and safe, important to me. i also took advantage of the complimentary coffee, tea, and fruit offered in the reception area. It was a nice perk. the staff demonstrated excellent hospitality and were very helpful throughout my stay.

the room temperature was a little too warm upon my arrival.
