the location worked well for me. it was a convenient walk to main attractions. i appreciated the storage room. i left my luggage there before check-in and after check-out.
The room was small. I felt the bathroom was even more cramped. the toilet did not flush properly. i noticed the air conditioner was leaking.

The location near Victoria Station proved convenient. The staff were friendly and very helpful with directions. The room featured a TV and tea and coffee making facilities. This made accessing higher floors very easy.
I thought the shower temperature was somewhat difficult to adjust. It tended to get too hot.

The location is excellent. I found it very convenient with easy access to public transportation. The staff was friendly and accommodating (they even helped me with directions). The air conditioning worked effectively, greatly appreciated. The provided tea tray was a nice touch.
The room was a bit small, but it was adequate for my needs.
