central location and practical amenities

the location was excellent being just a short walk from paddington station this made airport transfers very easy the proximity to hyde park was also a bonus i appreciated having many restaurants nearby the staff were friendly and helpful. the room included tea and coffee making facilities this was a welcome addition the room also had fluffy towels the soap shower gel and shampoo were generously provided.

breakfast offered a sufficient selection of items including cereals yogurts and fruit the coffee machine provided various options including cappuccinos and espressos the breakfast area was clean and well maintained.

the staff were consistently helpful and informative providing directions and assistance with luggage the check-in process was efficient and straightforward i found the team to be very kind throughout my stay.

I found very friendly and helpful staff . The location is central and very close to Paddington Station. The room was a good size and so close to the bus station. I also appreciated the safe way of depositing my luggage while my room was prepared.
The window in my room did not close properly and i hear the wind.

the location proved advantageous near paddington station , a key hub. i found the staff were helpful and efficient . i appreciated the provision of coffee , tea , and cookies in my room , it was clean and well maintained.
the bathroom was quite small , making movement slightly challenging.
