early check-in clean room peaceful grounds
the staff allowed an early check-in after my flight! the room was clean. the grounds are beautiful, a peaceful area around the manor. i enjoyed the hotel's convenient location near the airport.
the tv remote in my room needed new batteries.

A Good Anniversary Retreat
excellent service good selection
My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here. The afternoon tea was a real treat. The sandwiches, cakes, and scones provided a good selection (the scones were especially soft!). The staff offered excellent service. They were very polite and attentive.
The lack of a gym was a minor disappointment. It would have been nice to have fitness facilities for a more complete experience. this didn't overshadow the overall charm.

Really good Stay!
spacious room easy service beautiful grounds
I really enjoyed my recent visit. The Cosy Double room was spacious. I could order room service easily using a QR code. The beautiful grounds offered a quiet space for relaxation. Staff were very lovely and helpful too.
The absence of an elevator made moving luggage a bit difficult. Lugging my suitcase up the stairs was not ideal. Otherwise, it was perfect.

the staff was excellent and always helpful i was able to leave my car there it was more convenient than airport parking the grounds were beautiful there was plenty of hot water in my room i appreciated the comfortable bed and quiet atmosphere i would definitely consider returning for a future stay
the fridge in the bar was small and offered a limited selection

underwhelming experience
stale sandwiches undertrained staff
i found the afternoon tea setting quite disappointing it lacked character the function room felt small moreover the food quality was substandard the sandwiches seemed stale at the ends i also observed service issues staff seemed undertrained and inattentive.
