Really good Stay!

warm roomspacious hotelvictorian feelfresh fruit
The room felt wonderfully warm, which extended to the entire hotel, including the areas for evening drinks, food, and breakfast! I found this important at this time of year because feeling comfortable in my surroundings is essential. The hotel's spacious hotel captivated me with its architectural interest, also the cosy atmosphere featured detailed furnishings and lighting. Breakfast included lots of choice with fresh fruit!
I think the bedroom was a bit old fashioned and too big, it wasn't quite to my taste, and when sitting down, looking out of the windows was impossible due to their low position.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel space was a quaint place with a really nice indoor aesthetic! I especially appreciated the thoughtful setup from the entrance right through to the room, which definitely gave a great first impression.
Location
8/10
The hotel is close to Storrington, which features lots of independent shops, including a wonderful ironmongers and a Waitrose. I also found various tearooms plus a very good Indian restaurant, all adding to the convenience of the location.
Service
10/10
The staff were friendly and helpful, especially regarding questions about the room and the surrounding area. The team welcomed me warmly, while subtly adding to the hotel's character. Top marks to all the team.
