Comfortable Stay with Excellent Service
convenient location wide range helpful staff
I appreciated the convenient location for walking nearby. Significant routes are accessible directly from the hotel. Breakfast offered a wide range of options and tasted very good. David and Anja, hotel staff, were nice and helpful..
The television in my room was difficult to operate. It took me a while to understand the controls and navigate the channels. Perhaps clearer instructions or a tutorial could improve this issue.
Rooms
9/10
The room featured comfortable bed linens and a big bathroom for England standards. A fan was provided in the room, offering relief from the heat during the night. I found this feature particularly useful .

Excellent Stay Experience
spacious room comfortable bed modern shower thoughtful extras
The beautiful room was quite spacious. It featured a comfortable large bed. The modern shower provided instant hot water from the taps. The hotel thoughtfully added books, a teddy, and cookies to my son's bed.
The staff seemed to struggle a bit with being understaffed, causing the service to be slow.
