The Burlington Hotel provides various rooms: Cosy Single, Cosy Double, Standard Twin, Family Room (suitable for two adults, two children and an infant), Standard Double, Superior Double, Luxe Double, and The Burlington Suite. Each room provides heating and features a TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Bathrooms include free toiletries. Additional amenities, such as chilled English Sparkling Wine or flowers, are available upon request for an extra charge. Some rooms provide side sea views or panoramic sea views.
Bar and Restaurant
The Sea Pearl Bar and Restaurant has a menu filled with carefully selected dishes and seasonal produce, including Worthing's finest seafood, steaks, and burgers straight from the grill, as well as lighter bites and sharing platters. Signature dishes include lobster tail thermidor, 2 oysters with lemon, pesto chili and basil squid, and smoked salmon and a cream cheese and chive roulade served with Dauphine potatoes and mixed salad. Guests can enjoy Burlington Signature breakfast complete with lightly poached eggs, beetroot gravadlax, caviar, lemon hollandaise, balsamic cherry tomatoes, and sourdough bread, full English breakfast, hot buttermilk pancakes served with berries and yogurt, and chorizo and egg breakfast muffin. Juicy pan-fried sirloin and ribeye steaks are served with French fries, fresh seasonal vegetables and a selection of sauces - spiced red pepper and onion, Diane sauce or peppercorn sauce. Desserts include peach liqueur and white chocolate truffles, red velvet cheesecake, and mini sticky toffee pudding with toffee sauce and two Tequila Rose shots. Afternoon tea includes sandwiches, cakes, an assortment of specialist teas and scones served with clotted cream and jam. A summer seasonal special offers moules, frites, toasted sourdough and a glass of Pinot Grigio. Drinks are available via room service round-the-clock, while times for in-room dining are the same as the restaurant opening times.

The Burlington Hotel is the perfect location to host your event. Venues include The Princess Amelia Room and The Pearl Room (35/40 persons standing or 20/25 sitting). The Burlington Hotel operates a multi camera, multi-screen, digital CCTV system, which is monitored in the public areas. The hotel offers wedding packages. Sauna on the beach at Fire, Salt & Sea is located a stone's throw from The Burlington Hotel. During the autumn months the English vineyards of the South Downs harvest their grapes. Local wine producers include Albourne, Ridgeview and Nyetimber.

Located on Worthing seafront, The Burlington Hotel is within walking distance of the town centre's bars, restaurants, and attractions including St Andrew the Apostle Church (2 km), Worthing Ice Ring (1 km), Marine Gardens (1 km), Worthing War Memorial (1 km), Montague Gallery (1 km), Worthing Pier (1 km), Homefield Park and Playground (2 km), and Worthing Museum and Art Gallery (1 km). Brighton and Hove can be reached in 25 minutes by train or 30 minutes by car, while the historic town of Arundel is just a 20-minute drive away. The nearest train station to The Burlington Hotel is Worthing station. London Gatwick is 55 km away. From London and the M25, take the A23 and A27 to Grinstead Ln/A2025 in Lancing. Continue on the A2025 and take the A259 Brighton Road towards Worthing. The Burlington Hotel is on the right hand side after approximately 0.7 miles. Off-site paid public parking is available to guests on Marine Parade and surrounding roads.
Hotel Services
The Burlington Hotel provides services and traditional Chiavari chairs and all tableware, glassware, and linens. A range of room and table decoration options are offered. The hotel will hold any lost property recovered for 14 days. The maximum room occupancy is two adults. Some rooms can accommodate two adults and up to two children (under the age of 13) and one infant (in a cot). Children aged 13 years and over are classified as adults. The Client will inform the Company in writing, addressed to the relevant Premises, at least 10 days prior to the event, of any guests attending any function who may have food allergies or special dietary requirements.
