The Square Townhouse has 20 bedrooms, each with a unique style. The Hemsley Suite, located on the lower ground floor, features a private street entrance, reception room, full kitchen, dining area, reading nook, master bedroom with a super king-size bed, a freestanding bath, and a separate walk-in shower. The Hemsley Quarters offer the option of adding extra beds for up to two additional guests. The Bubble Suite is a penthouse with a private west-facing terrace that overlooks Brighton & Hove. The Hemsley Junior Suite, located next to the Hemsley Suite, includes a private entrance, a reception room, a master bedroom with a freestanding bath, and a walk-in shower. Luxury Sea View rooms overlook New Steine Garden and offer views of the seafront, king-size beds, window seats, and Japanese or freestanding baths. The Superior Sea View room, situated on the top floor, features a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room with views of the seafront and the English Channel. The Luxury King room, on the ground floor, includes a king-size bed, a fireplace, a freestanding bath, and a walk-in shower. Superior King rooms are located at the rear of the Townhouse with inland or rooftop views, king-size beds, and en-suite showers. Cosy King rooms offer street or city views, and some have sea views and a view of the i360. Snugs are compact rooms at the rear of the Townhouse with double beds and en-suite showers. All rooms include free toiletries, a minibar, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. Some rooms feature chocolate for guests.

The Square Townhouse offers an exquisite SQT Breakfast à la carte with traditional and continental options, including Eggs Benedict, Royale, and Florentine, and smashed avocado on toast. The breakfast room on the ground floor serves cocktails until late. The SQT Lounge Bar is available with cocktails made with premium spirits and fresh ingredients, champagnes, wines, and beers. You can also enjoy the SQT breakfast in your room for an additional £5. Other breakfast options include Italian Breakfast Bruschetta, Tian of Crab, Caramelised Figs & Burrata, New York Confit Duck with Orange Julienne, and Smoked Salmon & Scrambled Eggs. There are Blueberry & Bacon Pancakes with Smoked Streaky Bacon and Organic Amber Maple Syrup.

The Reset & Radiance Experience consists of a full-body massage followed by a hair or makeup session. Buccal Facial Massage by Caroline Power available. The Square Townhouse is located 1.5 km from Brighton and 45 km from London Gatwick. It is near the pier, the beach, the center of Brighton, restaurants, and clubs. The hotel is a five-minute walk from the Parade route, a 10-minute taxi ride from Preston Park, and a one-minute walk from the weekend street party.
