we had the hemsley suite. it was beautiful. the staff helped us with everything we needed from start to finish. a bottle of fizz greeted us on arrival. breakfast was awesome.
i found some snacks in the room overpriced.

the breakfast was ok, i guess. the freshly baked bread was acceptable, not amazing, but ok.
the room was smaller than expected and the layout felt a bit odd. the shower pressure was really low, it was hard to wash my hair properly. also, there was a strange stain on the curtains that i couldn't ignore.

Mixed Experience due to Noise and Lighting Issues

The staff offered helpful service .
I experienced several issues. The lack of air conditioning combined with open windows led to disruptive noise from outside. The lighting was inadequate and the bathroom light remained on constantly despite being aware of the problem. I think a prompt repair is necessary.

Small Room, Some Issues

The room felt smaller than I expected from the photos. I booked a room thinking it would be spacious, but it was actually quite cramped. the noise at night was a problem. The area had loud people yelling late into the morning, and I couldn't sleep well. I think they need to address these issues.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent, particularly the vegan options. The building was beautiful, both inside and out, and also clean.
The hotel had no air conditioning. Sleeping with open windows resulted in noise disturbances from people outside. The lights did not work very well and I could not turn off the bathroom lights, a known issue as stated in the information book.
