faulty showerno hotel response

The twin room with shower was quite a letdown. it was located at the top of what seemed like endless stairs. A lift would really help. the shower itself barely worked.. i would describe it as a dribble. plus, the room lacked heating, a real problem in the evening. i messaged the hotel, but never received a response to my complaint.

i extended my stay due to the wonderful experience. i was greeted by a kind gentleman at reception upon arrival. my room included a spacious layout and super clean cleanliness. i also appreciated the fine sea view from the bath (it was relaxing).

the room had a comfortable bed, tastefully decorated interiors, and pleasant toiletries. linen and towels were super clean. i found it convenient having a sea view from the top of the building. the room also remained fairly quiet.

the hotel is located one street away from the grand hotel. it is also close to the beach. free parking was available outside, with a requirement to move the car by 8am, which worked for me.

The room was very clean. The staff were very friendly. They offered excellent recommendations for dinner. The breakfast was very good and a great value. I wish I hadn't eaten so much the night before!!!

The room was quite small, impacting movement. After hiking for five hours, I wanted a shower, however, a bad smell came from the shower curtain. The shower also had a slow water flow and no hot water at all. It was unacceptable.
