friendly staff discount recommendation takeaway breakfast

the reception staff were friendly and helpful i got complimentary sweets at reception it was a nice touch the hotel is very close to the seafront and winter garden theatre. i received a takeaway breakfast it was unexpected and a great touch the location is close to the town centre and walkable to beachy head. the staff provided a leaflet with a discount recommendation for dinner

excellent value by the sea!

accommodating staff side sea view local recommendation

i stayed for a short break, and i found the staff very accommodating. the room had a good side sea view, it was lovely and quiet. there were nice touches, like sweets at the reception and recommendations for local places.

The shower was a bit outdated. The water pressure wasn't great.

The hotel is located close to the beach and pier. It makes getting around easy. i could walk to the town center in about 10 minutes. a bus stop is very near the hotel, so going to the cliffs is easy too.

The hotel has a victorian lift, which adds character. the lobby offers a sitting area. parking nearby costs just £2.60 per 24 hours. That's helpful with cars.

The room included quality bedding. I slept well. the twin room had a decent amount of space. the hotel provided a kettle in the room. This let me make tea and coffee.
