great location included toiletries clean room

the location is fantastic. the room was equipped with a kettle, along with tea and coffee. i appreciated the inclusion of toiletries, even a toothbrush and toothpaste. a microwave and toaster are available next to reception, which i found useful. a nearby tesco express is convenient. the room was clean, and i had everything i needed.

the carpets on staircases was quite worn. i also noticed thin window glass, and it rattled in the wind.

low pressure toilet leak

the location was good. it was close to the seafront..

The water pressure in the shower was very low. the toilet leaked after each flush. I had to use towels to soak up the water. i also tripped over a chair leg. It caused me to fall into a table. The table broke in half, and the hotel asked me to pay for the damage, but they didn't have insurance to cover my accident

the staff were helpful. the location was easy to access. i liked that the room had a sea view.

The decoration felt outdated. the mattress was uncomfortable. I felt every spring. water stopped in the shower several times while i was using it. it did eventually come back on.

ceiling hole hot water

The state of the room disappointed me. I saw a large hole in the ceiling with exposed beams above (it was thankfully not over the bed). The room generally needs work. A lack of hot water for the shower one night was also very annoying. I had to wait until morning.

The hotel is just a short walk from the pier and the town centre. The staff members were helpful and very friendly (I especially appreciated their assistance with directions).

The corridor had a slight musty smell.
