the staff were helpful, always ready with a smile, i liked how they took care of our luggage upon arrival. the food was really good with nice variety and generous servings, i especially appreciated the restaurant staff. the evening entertainment was a highlight, with something different each night, i enjoyed the lively atmosphere it created.

the room was not very big, though adequate for my needs, it could be a squeeze for two people with lots of luggage.

the room had plenty of tea and coffee, which i enjoyed each morning. the bed was comfortable, i rested well after long days of exploring! the shower was easy to use, too.

The location was perfect, close to the beach and a short walk to the shops, this made exploring very easy. the staff were friendly and helpful. They seemed genuinely happy to assist with anything, though the cleaning was perfect.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. the dining room staff were really good. helga and becca were serving us. Nothing was too much trouble. they always had a lovely smile.

The double room was small. the lift was also small. the shower room was similarly small. I can't complain for the money.

the hotel location was convenient being just off the promenade road i found it perfect the staff were very efficient and accommodating the dining room staff was really good and provided lovely service i really enjoyed my time there our room also offered a nice bay window providing a sea view.

the water pressure in the shower was a bit low

i booked a twin room. it wasn't very big but it was enough. the shower was easy to use and beds were made daily. there was lots of tea and coffee. staff were excellent and could not do enough.
