Double bedded rooms are positioned on the rear of the hotel. Single bedrooms are positioned on either the front or rear of the hotel. Front-facing bedrooms offer a view across the Bandstand to the English Channel. Free Wi-Fi is available in rooms. Rooms also come with ironing facilities and free toiletries.

Haddon Hall's reputation for food has become well known. The Head Chef produces traditional English cuisine with modern variations, including succulent roasts and a variety of fish from the local fishmonger, as well as Italian pasta. Bar snacks are available. Guests can enjoy dinner followed by an "Afternoon of fun and games" at 3:15 pm. Breakfast is served with a chance to visit Eastbourne's shopping center.
