Excellent Stay Near the Seafront

attentive staff ample tea helpful staff

The staff was very attentive regarding gluten-free options for my husband during breakfast. They detailed how his food was prepared. The room had ample tea and coffee. I appreciated that there were two chairs in the room, alongside shower gel and hand soap in the bathroom. I was more than happy with the courteous and helpful staff.

the location provided a convenient short walk to the town centre and beaches. i found it virtually adjacent to the theatres. the staff were very friendly, this was very important to me.

the shower pressure felt quite low. the breakfast was simple. the bed was a little small for my height, annoying.

The staff was helpful. They were kind to send back the charger I left behind to my home address. The room was clean. There was plenty of tea and milk available.

I found some facilities in the room were not working. The lock in the bathroom was broken. The shower pressure was not great.

The room was recently refurbished and very clean. I appreciated the proximity to the seafront and theatres. Everything was easily accessible. Breakfast was hot and well prepared. The one staff member I encountered was friendly and quite helpful, attending to my needs promptly.

The television remote was somewhat difficult to operate, presenting a slight inconvenience.

friendly staff great breakfast

the staff was very friendly, and the spacious room on the top floor was lovely. breakfast was great (i liked the bacon). the location was convenient for the conference i attended at the towner gallery, less than a 5 minute walk away.

the shower pressure was not strong. it wasn't a major issue, but i prefer a more powerful shower to start my day.

there are lifts available, as well as stairs, so accessibility should not be an issue. a bar is available and stays open until midnight. the building also offers accessible chair lifts throughout.
