“The Willows's location near the beach is certainly a draw. However, one may find that the interiors need some updates and that some rooms can be affected by noise, due to thin walls. I think travelers prioritizing location and budget might find it acceptable with managed expectations.”

Convenient Hotel Stay
suitable location efficient service clean room adequate comfort
I found the location quite suitable, being close to several key attractions. The staff member at reception was very cute and provided efficient service. My room was clean and the bed offered adequate comfort. The shower had good temperature control.
The blind in my room did not function properly, so the window remained exposed at night. I found this a slight inconvenience.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel offers a compact fitness center that includes two treadmills and also a set of free weights. Guests have access to complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the building. It supports basic browsing and emails. I noted a small business center with a computer available.

good location!
friendly receptionist larger room good water temperature
the receptionist was friendly. he provided a larger room as requested. staff was very helpful. decoration looks nice but in room could be touched up in places. single bed was a little hard. double bed was very soft. shower room was good, water temperature was good.
cupboard in room could do with having the random drawers that don't fit taken out. it looks odd.
Location
9/10
the hotel is located very close to the sea. it is easily accessible from the train station. the neighborhood is quiet. there are plenty of establishments between the hotel and the station to have breakfast.
Rooms
8/10
the room included basic amenities such as a kettle and a tv. the room temperature was warm. it was positioned away from street noise. the room size was decent for the price.

the staffs friendliness impressed me. the location worked well, it was close to the bus station. my rate was reasonable, especially in comparison to nearby hotels.
drawers in the room sometimes opened on their own as the floor seemed uneven.
