missing lift housekeeping service
the breakfast offered a decent choice of cooked-to-order dishes, a satisfactory start to the day.
The absence of a lift posed a significant issue. I had to carry heavy luggage up the stairs. furthermore, housekeeping services were lacking. Rooms were not cleaned unless specifically requested, a disappointing oversight given the price.

SUCH a GEM of a hotel!
delicious breakfast lovely view comfortable bed
The breakfast had so many OPTIONS. The room VIEW was lovely and the bed was the best. I WILL be back next year.
The tv ISNT as big as I wanted. It was still a GOOD size though.

The breakfast includes fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. The restaurant offered a variety of scottish dishes. The dining area included seating for approximately 50 guests and opens early in the morning.

My superior double room featured modern decor and a seating area. The bathroom includes complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer, which i love. Blackout curtains are installed and provided a dark sleeping environment.

Staff provided quick responses when needed. The reception offers luggage storage and a concierge service. The staff were smiling and very helpful when asked to do things, made me love them.

Free parking is available . There is free WiFi access throughout the hotel. Public areas are well maintained, what you need really. The hotel offers a garden.

attentive staff breakfast options available parking modern amenities
The staff was attentive to my needs. Breakfast offered a wide range of options. I found parking readily available near the entrance. The room had modern amenities, including a fast internet connection. I also enjoyed the quality toiletries provided in the bathroom.
The signage to the hotel could be improved. I missed the turn on my first pass.

The hotel staff assisted with dinner reservations at a local restaurant. They promptly addressed my inquiries about local attractions. I received quick responses to requests made through the hotel app. The service was very efficient.

the premier double room was lovely , with a great bed. the spacious bathroom was a joy. breakfast each morning included views of a fine garden.
parking was limited , and the lot was a distance away. there was no lift in my building . paper thin walls meant i heard neighbors clearly.
