convenient location helpful staff clean room car park view small room limited privacy
The location offers convenient access to the harbour. Staff were amazing and willing to advise on everything on Lewis. Rooms were spotlessly clean (I appreciated this a lot).
My room faced the back of the hotel. It overlooked the car park so people could see in. The room felt small (this was not optimal for a longer stay).

excellent hotel experience
refurbished bathroom friendly staff
The double room was nice and neat! it had a refurbished bathroom. the staff were genuinely cute and friendly. They were a real credit to the hotel and the island.

decent stay.
pleasant staff clean room air exchange unpleasant noise
I found the staff very pleasant. my room was very clean and i thought the food in one of the best restaurants in town was excellent. i only stayed one night but i was provided all i could need. I enjoyed a lovely evening walk along the marina.
The room was too close to the air exchange units, which wasn't great. i wanted fresh air in my room overnight as it was hot that day, but the noise was unpleasant. That room was a real disappointment.

helpful staff renovated room nice standard small room back view flat foam pillow
the staff were helpful when my ferry was cancelled. i stayed in one of the renovated rooms.. it was super clean. the room was done to a really nice standard.
the room was very small, i did not want to spend a lot of time there. the view was of the back of buildings and parking. the pillows were flat foam.. they were not very comfortable.

checking in was simple. staff were helpful with directions. our room was a family room and spacious. a kettle with hot drinks was in room.
the wardrobe doors in my room creaked badly.

convenient location great atmosphere first class staff standard room noisy carpark limited privacy
i enjoyed the location.. it was very convenient. the restaurant had a great atmosphere. i found the staff cute and first class.
i was given a standard room. it overlooked the carpark. people could see in and it was noisy.
