adequate stay with some drawbacks

cluttered room shabby decor

the breakfast provided a satisfying start to the day.

the room was not what i expected and was rather cluttered. i was also disappointed to find lots of extension leads but none included usb ports. the decor was very shabby and dated and could use an update.

cramped room inconsistent housekeeping

the hotel's location was acceptable it was within reasonable walking distance to some amenities

the room i booked a superior double room was smaller than i expected it felt cramped the bed was quite uncomfortable i could feel the springs when i moved housekeeping seemed inconsistent my towels were not replaced one day

good breakfast free parking tired room limited bar hours

the breakfast was really good (i loved the sausages!). the free parking at the hotel was a definite bonus, especially so close to the town. it made getting around easy, and i didn't have to worry about finding a spot.

The room needed some updating. It felt a little tired. also, the bar hours were limited. It was closed on some evenings which was disappointing.

freshly cooked breakfast white towel free parking

The breakfast included plenty on the plate and tasted freshly cooked. Our room included lovely white towels and felt warm (i needed it this way). Free parking was available, and it was a short walk to the town.

The bar had limited opening times.
