small room poor acknowledgement
the atmosphere in the bar was acceptable as i watched the football.
the room felt small and cramped i waited quite a while at check in for service the receptionist seemed busy and did not acknowledge me immediately. the receptionist then changed the room key after learning i booked through bookingcom.

tasty breakfast friendly staff tea selection
the breakfast was really tasty. the staff was friendly and helpful. I loved that! the room had a nice tea selection, i especially enjoyed the oat and dairy milk options.
The bar service was slow. I had to wait a while for my first drink.
The hotel is located in a charming village. I appreciated the soft carpets and lovely décor. I drove into Dartmoor and visited a local sculptor. I found proper tea and proper cups in the room. Parking was available within a minute's walk.
The coffee machine lacked regular refills. Staff did not address this promptly.
