the location IS wonderful. The check in and check out times were good. The staff were really friendly and helpful, i was impressed. breakfast was GREAT and nothing was too much trouble for the waiter who served us AND also the chef who made an appearance after his service.

the room was small. The bathroom was VERY small, I was disappointed. If you are over 6ft the shower is restrictive and the loo space is very tight. A blind was not working on the window it was annoying.

i found the room amazing and its nespresso machine provided new pods daily. quality toiletries were in abundance. the bed offered me much comfort after a day of travel.

the scaffolding next to our window made some noise during the rain, but it was a minor inconvenience.

the devon breakfast was so good. homemade shortbread and little crab chocolates offered such welcome touches. i ate here three times and the food was consistently good.

king size bed well-decorated bathroom

i found the room spacious with a king size bed. the bathroom was large and well-decorated.. complimentary biscuits and milk were available, a thoughtful touch.

the breakfast service felt disorganized, and staff did not always replenish items promptly.
