Acceptable Stay, Service Lacking

small roomlacking service
My room was rather small, and I did expect breakfast to be included. It was not, because I had failed to book directly. The cost of my stay increased substantially because of this. The bar service left much to be desired. The staff seemed more focused on personal matters than attending to guests.

mixed feelings about the stay

unique locationpoor bar servicecold atmosphere
the hotel's location is unique, so it was acceptable.
I found the bar service lacking. One staff member seemed to share too much (about mattress incidents!) with guests. the harbour bar lacked warmth and atmosphere. breakfast felt rushed due to the limited serving time (8.30-9.30am).
