the front desk person was not so helpful and quite rude (especially after a long flight delay). they didn't assist with my luggage. they seemed more concerned about collecting the exact amount of city tax.

the location was really convenient. i liked the room's decor. the breakfast offered a good selection.

my room key stopped working several times. the front desk staff seemed bothered when i asked for a new key. i found cups and plates were not promptly cleared from the pool area.
