Housekeeping missed some cobwebs in the corners of the room.

the reception staff greeted me warmly. the restaurant staff were attentive and quick. the room was well-prepared by the housekeeping staff. i also liked the quiet and calm atmosphere of the hotel.

the tv in my room was not working which was a minor inconvenience.
